I've gotten the cd-key and they want me to enter cc info in order to create my account,I already entered my cc info when I bought the dl already. And that particular step is bugged. I cannot create my account until I've activated my cd-key by inserting my cc info. But it keep giving me error messages and has done so for the last 5 days

edit: I've now tried with both a Visa and a MasterCard and none of em works.

23 dollars isn't a lot of money but it would be nice if turbine made my purchase worthwhile. I've contacted turbines costumer support and my bank. Turbines support wasn't especially helpful, still awaiting a response from my bank

My god man is this the first pay to play MMO you have ever subscribed to? Name one pay to play MMO that doesn't ask for your credit card when you first subscribe. They wont bill you until your free month is up and if you cancel before then they wont bill you at all. Sheesh take a valium or something. At least you'll be playing a dead obscure game thank god. I sure don't need someone like you must be judging from your outburst to be playing and ruining the community of any of the games I play! Of course there are almost no immature little kids playing any of the MMO's I play anyway so I guess I'm safe. Whew!

the service is bugged , it doesn't matter how you look at it. It has given me error messages "please try again" later for 5 days. I've spoken to turbines costumer support several times and I've contacted my bank

I'm not going to comment on any of the other stuff you wrote since I felt like hitting a intellectual dead end when reading your narrowminded analasys of me

Have you tried to log into the game? I got an error when resubscribing to DDO but it still let me log in anyways. That is a Turbine game as well. So you might be able to log in anyways.

Good luck I'm going to go take a few Valiums myself now.

I can't login, in order to create the AC account I have to activate the cd-key by entering my CC info - I can't get any further due to errors (which seem to be permanent)

Well i would just go to there site http://turbine.fuzeqna.com/turbinesupport/consumer/kbdetail_qaonly.asp?kbid=20&ao=t

and there is a phone number there along with an e-mail chat about your account, and I know on Monday you will be able to live chat with someone via the internet and you could ask them why you can't create an account.  I find the most likely reason for an account not being created with a CC is that people put in there home address but there credit card bills come to a different address.  This would cause an error, I would just double check the information is entered correctly.

Anyways good luck and I think you will love the game once you get in and start playing.
