WAR (Warhammer Online)

anyone else lost ? I bought my pre-order box today from Best Buy.

Inside are two keys, one is for open beta access. The other is to "access the Live Game Headstart and bonus items"

I inputed the open beta key into the promotional box. It I assumed accepted it because now I see Warhammer preorder listed under account info.

I tried inputting the Live game Headstart key in the same promotional box. It says invalid. Okay I then try under account management and same deal...invalid key.

Is this simply because I have to wait until early access ?

What about downloading the game ? Will a link be provided and when ?

The beta center is for the beta key only. The other codes you have to put into the Master account when the time comes. Just relax and wait for more info to be released.

the first key is open beta, the second key you put into your account page but cant yet intill early acces starts, it says so on the card ya got...

No preorders currently have access to the game. All beta invites for closed beta are purely random picks. It won't be long though, so just be patient.

Will Best Buy have the game in stores before (or the day of) Head Start begins ? Do I just go back with my pre-order receipt and pick it up and if so when ?

This so reminds me of Age of Conan pre-ordering. Nobody knew what was going on and I didnt get my box until 4 days after launch (7 total days lost because I didnt get my 3 day early access either)

They did say that when trhe Master Account register goes live on the 15th you'll be able to create an account and enter your preorder codes, and even if you already enetered your Open Beta code, you'll have to re-enter it once you create you Master Account.

I re-read the card 3 times. It doesnt say anything about waiting to input the key under account management.

Nowhere on that card does it say Im supposed to wait.

I already have a master account. Ive had one since DAoC. I have to make another ? Or simply re-enter codes ?

75million dollars to develop and they couldnt hire someone to make things clear ?

In the email I recieved it was pretty clear.

In order to take part in the Live Game Head Start program, you will need to create a player account and register your Head Start code at the new EA Mythic Account Management website.
