"war is going to fail" "I betad and I know everything and WAR isnt any good.....btw Im going back to WoW"<--love how they always throw that in.. lol "Mythic screwed me"<---These are always great. Someone takes the smallest thing they can find and then rolls it down a hill like a snowball until its a avalanche in there mind. O and my favorite Ive been hearing lately thats ridiculous and has no bearing on anything related WAR. And here it is... "Im not playing WAR because I dont think it will be as popular as WoW". Sounds like a great reason to play it !! /rant off |

If there were some kind of forum script that automatically blocked all shill posts, pointless trolling, petty bickering, doom crying, agenda based naysaying and other like shenanigans, then I suspect the forums would be down about 75% or more in activity and participation.
Not just for those causing this sort of debacle but those goaded into responding to it thinking their arguments will sway anyone from that type of behaviour filling up these virtual bathroom walls with more of their urine soaked mental scribblings.
You gotta accept that this is part and parcel of the way that the collective internet hive-mind, as it relates to communication related to video games (especially mmorpg's) has devolved into. Getting overly upset or going on a crusade against this would be about as effective as digging a tunnel to the moon with a rubber goat paw. |

If some of it is negative, then I want to listen all the more. I suppose the same approach would work with anything; buying a car for example. After all, the buyer takes all the risk. I want to hear everything about Warhammer, good and bad, that I can get my hands on. |
