Originally it started because standing behind someone means they can't parry or block, so people would do it to get that extra 5% hit chance or whatever. Also, Rogues do it to get Ambush and Backstab and such if they are dagger spec. Once the noobs realized how annoying it was, though, they started doing it just to screw with everyone.

Line of sight: people want to stay out of line of sight  all the time whilst trying to chip your life away.

Yeah this is what I mean when I say they do it to "screw with everyone." They jump around in circles hoping you won't be able to keep up and lose a second or two on your attack.

Both are right, I found it very annoying, but its cause I'm a retadin, so while it works great on me, I dont get much use jumping around and running as others do.

And I would wager you are not 12 yrs old and stupid as most WoW players that do that seem to be. Come play an adult game come to LotRO hardly no kids anywhere on Brandywine...seriously there isn't. And the server population is fine...

Sorry I just couldn't resist posting.. And yes I have serious issues with WoW.........................

Yeah im not 12 , Im only playing cuz my cousins are playing which I havent seen in forever. I used to play WoW 2 years ago, I just started up a new character on the server they are on.   I already played LOTRO  I was in beta and I played a few months after launch.  Although I am playing Vanguard on the side, Its really not as bad now, I played at launch and at the time my computer coulndt play it. Now that I just bought a better computer it runs really nice.

  PvP is fun but im mostly a PvE type person. But Im trying to get my cousins to play a different game but IDK cuz They have already put a lot of time in the game. Both lvl 70's with nice gear.But other than that running around bs WoW isn't all that bad of a game, there are some things I dont like about it but ITs a nice open world. Im not a big fan of loading screens.

That won't happen if you triple them.

I'm no WoW noob and I do this in every PVP or duel encounter. Usually it's the difference between winning and losing. The reason I do it is simple, if they can't see me and they aren't facing me, usually they can't cast / swing / use abilities. You should try it, it works wonders against mages (magi) and most other classes that have LoS issues.
