Most of the flaws / negatives I have about the game (which wont keep me from buying it) are minimal at best, things that can be fixed before launch or shortly after.  Nothing game breaking atleast in my opinion. TO me game breaking would be removing large Systems in the game like removing City Sieges, PvP, or the Renown system (all of which work just fine!).

Random CTD's I've only had it happen once, the few times i got thrown back to the character selection screen was a server cash so no worry there. Its minimal at best though I suspect there may be people with builds that have this problem more frequent than me.

Pathing -  Mob patthing has been ... well hmm..it only seems to happen in certain places.  For a while it was entire Tier's and now its just around Keeps atleast from what I've viewed.  Its not always GOOD pathing though which kinda sucks.  Its aggrevating in the RvR zones but manageable.

Pet Pathing - as far as I know this is a new bug last week it was fine then there was a patch and it wasn't fine.  ITs annoying and pets become chaotic at best in RvR making them near worthless in the Open Zones.  Hopefully one of the patches this week will fix it.

Money - since the addition of more players money has become scarce.  You either train, dye, or buy renown. Its incredibly hard to do all three.  Hopefully now that they have more players in beta and as part of the stressing they've been doing they'll rebalance the money drops or atleast make them drop more fodder for seeling because it really sucks to harvest your life away and never get make anything since you need to sell it all.

Alot of the other negatives I see people posting are subjective at best such as graphics & animation preferences and the UI.  sorry WoW's UI isn't customizable at all you have to get a crap third party program to do it atleast with WAR you can do it on your own with the UI Tool.   THere doesn't need to be some huge revolutionarly UI system...do you really want to waste time sitting around figuring it out or do you want to play the game you payed for?  Again its subjective now isn't it?  Even the Reviews are here.

I like WAR, I plan to buy WAR and go RvRing & Pveing with all my friends.  The game is far more polished than anything I've tested since Lord of the Rings.  Some people will hate the game, some will call it a clone just because it has some similiarities to other games like the UI (honestly what the hell all UI's are primarily the same in MMOs) and it has quests (OMG damn an RPG game having quests!), some will hate it because its not Open World its more 'theme' styled, some will hate it because it doesn't allow them to kill anyone they want anywhere they want at any time.  Its all subjective / personal preference catch my drift?

Anyone looking to any beta testers posts for a Yay or a nay decision making on buying are morons.  If your not sure about the game wait for a free trial.

The game is too much like WoW. Cartoony, simplistic, repetitive are a few words I would use to describe it. I am sorry because I really, really wanted to like this game. Some will say I don't get it because I quit to early and what ever else .... but, should I hate playing the game until I'm at the top level? I always enjoyed leveling up in the other games I have played.

Anyways, bottom line.....some will like it, some will hate it. If you like or liked World of Warcraft then you'll probably like it.

Waiting for the next game to come out.

Just out of curiosity, did you rvr at all?

I got to level 10 on a DoK JUST doing scenarios/open world RvR and while I leveled just fine and had rr9 at the time I was still useing level 7 skills and basic armor because you just dont get enough money without doing PvE. Even then the cost of armor/skills compared to the amount of money you make doing mostly PvE with alittle RvR is barly enough to cover costs.

Actually the best way to make coin is to rvr.  If you get the right quests in tier one you can make over 15 silver for every 5 kills.  And have a few gold by the time you hit level 10.  wink wink.

I would love to PvE but I RvR for the coin.

Really, what irks me the most is they removed CLASSES!!!! Its so sad...even some of the more iconic figures of the game like the Orc Choppa and KotBS are removed due to not enough time to create interesting mechanics...but yet, if you look, most of the mechanics in the game are mirrored by another class. There are very few "unique" mechanics. Will not be playing when this comes out, will wait until they return the other classes before I jump into this game.

... whiner opinions that aren't Beta testers that didn't actually play these classes don't count for anything here.  There's some cheese and an exit over on the left.

Just one small correction, the GCD is 1.5 seconds in this game which is the same as Warriors in WoW and the same as all casters in WoW. Rogue and Druid were 1.0 seconds for melee. I prefer 1.0 seconds myself for melee at least, the 1.5 for casters seems fine since most of the spells have cast times anyway.

Ok make it two, levels do not play that huge a role in who wins a scenario in most cases. Sure it plays a role but it isn't huge. R10, RR6 does play a HUGE role in it though, they really need to tone down that gear set, there is no bigger gear jump that I've seen in game than going from normal gear to R10, RR6 gear.
