Oh boy... And I was thinking of taking a break from MMOGs or perhaps try a new one... Guess I'm gonna resub sooner than I had scheduled!

Well, well,well...SOE finally came up with a great money sink. Buy cards by the ton for loot you could really do without comsidering how much you might have to fork over to get it.

I've been reading the Station forums on the "card game", seems some folks spending hundreds of dollars just to get some new speeder or some such loot. Well, if they have it then i guess why not let them spend it.

Just so long as they do not introduce so-called "uber" stuff in the loot cards that will greatly tilt the game in favor of those with the deepest pockets.

No one mentioned the card game there either just the hoarding and collecting of the cards. Wonder if they will actually try the card game? Also wonder will SWG simply become a "showcase" for the loot from the cards?

Oh, dig deep you rich people, remember to show folks the power of money versus just playing a game.

   and its like the Lottery " you got to pay to play"  now don't tell me about the freebies , its just like SOE to hand out shill cards to make one pay for  the good ones ( as high as $900.00)  PLEASE STOP!

I pity you guys , SOE is starting to do the same shit they are doing for us in everquest2 , noone playes those cards, players end up spending hundreds of bucks just for the loot, thats the only selling point of that shity gamecard system.

Thousands and thousands of IP's out there, and they reduce Star Wars to this?  HAHAHAHA!  I played SWG when it first came out, but got really bored with everybody playing a pet class. Pew pew with a laser gun, then WHAM, they whip out a Rancor to eat your face off.  It got so bad, people started calling it Pokewars.  Seems they've come full circle...
