Wanna know why?

The GM assumed I was exploiting for a second time and banned me for 7 days. Two days before the same exact thing happened with another idiot GM that doesn't know the games mechanics. There was absolutely no reason as to why I was banned both times and I have taken GREAT precautions not to break any part of the EULA. I guess when a class is as overpowered as a Guardian that merits false assumptions and ignorant bans without any customer support to talk with.

I have never seen something as poor as this in my 9 years of playing MMO's. This is roughly what was taking place both times I was banned. My server just can't handle it.

This video simply demonstrates my playstyle and it has been like this for months. Same combos, same set up, nothing has changed.

100% legit however I am gemmed, which I farmed for months to get. But that has nothing to do with this malfunction of customer service.

Cause you gotta understand...we need to see proof of you NOT exploiting lol. Sorry. Im not saying you did exploit but it would be awesome if you got proof on your side.

besides, consider it a good thing you got banned. Its time to take a break and reflect from things a little.

From what I saw in the youtube video it didn't look like there was any obvious exploit being used.  The simple fact of the matter is that AoC was a poorly developed game.  Things like gems etc were never fully tested through the beta process so there are bound to be huge imbalances with them.  The entire pvp component of the game, while supposedly one of it's primary draws, has always felt tacked on and poorly implemented, this video is more proof of that.

Take the ban as a compliment.  You kicked some serious butt in that video.

if that youtube is you playing, send that to funcom support. Who knows...they may side with you. Ive seen the impossible become possible from time to time so you never know.

Sadly I cannot upload videos due to my connection however I have sent multiple emails in the past few days regarding this issue. I have yet to see a reply and was banned from the forums without warning.

Well you are paying to play and it is their game.. I mean I am not siding with them but youve gotten realize it does not matter how you feel in the end the best thing you can do is tough it out or continously spam them with emails about the situation and if someone feels the GM acted unreasonably most likely he'll get fired or whatever the hell they do..

sadly, you may not get a reply. Ah well, doesnt hurt for trying I suppose. Well, welcome to the forums here my friend. The mods to lock every single negative post if it has substance to why you think the game or whatever happened to you is wrong.

Much more freedom here. Im assuming you still love AoC so I hope you can get your problems solved man. I never been banned from an MMO and that must be a pain in the ass to go through, especially if you are innocent.

Good news is Famine frequents here (community manager for funcom). You could lay into him why this happened to  you without fear of a recourse of action.
