The commentary is excellent by Brent, he did an amazing job IMO. I was iffy about WAR really, still plan on waiting.. but i sat through all the Black Orc videos and was thrilled by the RvR stuff, especially since he narrates so well what's going on.

Say what you will, these videos convinced me.

EDIT: If this has been posted a lot, my apologies, I just thought the videos are worth a viewing by those who wanna see what the game is like, unbiased.

curse you for posting this, I am doing my best not to purchase the game until next spring, but I am soooo tempted and after watching more trempted than ever.

I love how Brent narrates them, makes me feel like I played a bit, plus no fanboy/hater crap, just honest gamer thoughts as he plays.

graphics look very similiar to world of warcraft.

UI looks exactly like world of warcraft

combat animations are boring and dull and some were very simliar to world of warcraft. I saw a "thunderclap" move in that video

combat is too slow...he beat on that first mob forever, then the mob runs and he chases it forever. he's tossing thrown axes at it and it still didnt die.

the landscape is lifeless and lacks detail. I saw a muddy brown ground with some tiles on the path which yes reminds me of world of warcraft.

The game reminds me too much of world of warcraft.

I loved those videos too, although his keyboard-turning and skill-clicking disturbed me.

Cherry pick a section of one of the videos and critique it, brilliant. By the way, it was a human player who ran to the guards when he was going to die. So you didn't even watch the videos, just knee-jerk response to a game you illogically hate.
