Thats Quite a list can't believe I got though the whole thing with out falling asleep,Oh wait thats what I do playing the game.Hopefully this will inprove the new player experience. It seems to be getting closer to a game you can have fun with right away.As for me I'll wait for the" walk on stations" patch which seems to be a year or so away at least it will give me something to explore which is what I like to do best.Patience. As for the hard core guys bar'ing any new bugs from the patch its seems to be great news.

now if they can only fix the game itself.

PVP is crippling non-pvp game play forcing many people to leave.

they have a courier system that is so vulnerable to PVPers that  for trivial cargos  there are insane bonds required  this equils a very broken system.(many of these are bait to lure miners to lowsec systems so pirates can kill them and as a bonus get the bond as well!

the missons are bone numingly boring   like two guys spraying machineguns at each other accross an empty room.

mining hasent changed or improved mmmm since the game released  still the same old rock camping  for hours on end.

the universe might have a prety colered back drop but the universe itself is embarasingly empty and BORING

LOWSEC space is worse than breakdancing in a mine field  most high sec players avoid it like the plague and developers cant seem to comprehend that high sec players dont want to risk going there no mater how they try to starve highsec.

the markets are in a severe decay  with declines below 1/3  and many tradegoods are crashed

this is quickly becoming a capital ship  mega guild only game  especially with reguard to PVP corps as non-pvp corps are destroyed with war declarations  which makes all  miners and haulers attackable for at least a week  forcing them to either risk expensive ships or  hunker down in the hanger  or  leave the corperation and go to the generic NPC corp.

they have a new council but its prety much pwned by the mega PVP guilds as they are the only entity in EVE large enough to get their guys elected  so I dont forsee any meaningfull improvements for non-pvpers most likely the opposite,, moving more content out of highsec and into low sec  in an attempt to force people to go there.

make a world, not a game, we dont want another game.

You obviously have not played Eve very much.  You post reads like someone who has not invested any time to learn the game nor one who is following recent or upcoming changes.  The are making it much harder to kill players in high-security areas with removal of insurance and increased NPC response.  They are addressing the speed issue that has been plaguing new players in FW.  They are looking at Wardecs and plan changes in that area too.

While Eve can be a harsh world, it is most certainly getting easier for the new players and will continue to do so.   This game will never be Wow in space, if that is what you are looking for I suggest you look elsewhere.

I love playing EVE and as I am not very interested in pvp then I go more for the non pvp environment in EVE so I stay in high sec systems most of the time. Mostly I like to run lvl 4 missions, buy and sell on the market, do some mining and produce various ships, modules, ammo and missiles for own use, for my corp or to sell to others players.

Those chances in response time from Concord means for me that maybe just maybe my corp can do some mining again without the threat of suicide gankers blowing up our expensive and hard earned Hulk mining ships as has been done so much of lately. Concord will respond to aggression against non war parties very fast after patch and that hopefully mean that they will catch those pirates in the act and kill them slowly but surely.

I think that pvp fighting should be encouraged in EVE but without destroying the fun for those who like to play EVE as non pvp game and have fun that way.
