Why do they keep showing the signature heroes? We aren't able to play them. They need to start showing heroes that were created with their system. Oh, and the Joker still looks awful.

City of Heroes/Villains veteran.

Don't worry, they'll botch this game like every other MMO they've created.

Also, can SOE stop creating games with the same tired "claymation" styled graphics scheme. It looked horrible in SWG and Everquest 2, it still looks horrible today. I bet the animations will still be choppy, clunky and robotic too. Typical SOE fashion. Get some polish on it and don't release it until its ready this time. Learn from the mistakes you made in the last 4 MMO's you have created.

Sheesh.

To my eyes the graphics look pretty nice.  I don't like SOE either, but I like to keep my options open.  If the game gets good reviews or they start ramping up the marketing with compelling images and video I might opt in.

This game has me more intrigued than I thought it would.  While I'm wary of a SOE game, I have to say that if Sony can pull this off, I really feel like it could bury Champions Online if for no other reason than name recognition alone (of super-heroes and villains)

Did they do something different to the graphics because I'm pretty sure I saw these a week or two ago?

I might add what I've seen isn't very inspiring the graphics just don't look that good and I've not heard much else all that inspiring despite the fact that SOE is making this game I'm willing to give it a shot but as it stands I'm not expecting much

I just wish this game was Marvel and not DC.

yeah, what MrGuy said. The art itself looks fine IMO, but Joker looks stupid. Scary, but still stupid. His face is so distorted it looks like a mask he can peel off and have a normal face underneath, not the scarred psychotic Joker We've come to know and love.

And who were those guys in the scuba suits Supes was fighting? At first, I thought the guy on the right was a Green Lantern.
