Was just curious if this game is in open beta or north america. Only reason i ask this is that on their website it said north american regestration for beta. It then put me though a first run closed beta questionair, and now says (through acclaim accounts) that my status with the game is pending. So can anyone clear this up for me. Is it in closed beta still or does everyone who regesters get in? |

It will be a month or two before release, they are also going to have a free to play zone for americans (not sure if that is for europeans as well, hope so because I am one ;p) incase you dont get into open beta.

just curious, isnt open beta, by definition, open to all players? anyway, thanks for the info, i thought the game was already in open beta, but i guess i was wrong...thanks again for the info. |

The game is definitely still in closed beta as I am a closed beta tester (which the NDA states I am allowed to say). Other than that, I wouldn't put much hope in any information about the game and/or an open beta that doesn't come directly from the devs. The game has been delayed multiple times already so I guess another delay wouldn't exactly surprise me. |

People assume that. But Open Beta generally means no NDA, not that it's open to everyone. Open access or previews are usually for everyone. |
