Hey everyone, I woke up this morning and I was pleased to find that my download was finally complete. I then installed WAR, no problems there. But, when I go to patch the game it tells me to log on. I type in my correct username and password, but for some reason I can't log on to patch the game. Do I have to wait for Sept 7th or...? Thanks! -Mike |

Yes both of us do. I tried the same thing, and it won't let you log in to patch until the 7th. |

ya, you have to wait till the 7th to patch, make sure you use your gaming username and password that you made at the warhammer site, not the account info, but you should be go to go come the 7th |

I don't even know why they are handling it this way. It's IMHO rather foolish to make people wait to patch. Most people have had their clients installed for a week or more now. Ready to play, but having to sit through a long patch, that will probably be slow. Thanks to thousands of people also trying to get it. Doesn't really sit well with me. -1 point for EA/Mythic for that. |

I didn't pay attention to the post date...You have tried this today then? I know last time you'd get a green bar that would fill up, but could not log on. Maybe it's part of their open beta. Trying to figure out how long will it take the non-pre-orders to patch up the game on September 18th. **edit** ok just checked the date. I'm with my son this morning so I can't check. Have to run interference until my wife wakes up. I'll check on this too.
