Yeah, DF has always been characterized by new accounts showing up and hyping or attacking DF.  Many people seem to lack the courage of their convictions it seems.  (or they are just such arses they've been banned)

there is much more hate on mmorpg.com then on the DF forums

i dont care about DF, but just take a look in the SOE (mainly SWG) and AoC forums, well at least i dont see any mmorpg=retarted ava's on forumfall

I'm going to clarify my point:

I don't read the DF forums often, but neither do others.  When I see postsb like that, what am I supposed to think?  "Oh, they have a right to be mad and elitists?"  of course not!  It's a game, and you showing such hate over someone having a different opinion about DF is rediculous.

Elitists were in that thread, who's to say there aren't more?  It would be foolish to that the poeple who posted on that thread were the only elitists in the whole community.

Whatever.  I'm got my point across, I am done here.

and umm making this thread in the DF forums is pretty much trolling since its obvious you just want to begin a fight with its fans(what other purpose could you have?) and seriously can you please go look at the WoW forums, the AoC forums, the WAR forums, they all have elitists just like DF does but i dont see you dehyping those games and going to their forums to start a thread that has no purpose

Also there were other people who refuted some of the truly petulant and uninformed comments made by others

Not everyone on Darkfall represents the comments you quoted ,lets not generalize :)

Seriously, this whining is hilarious. Almost as hilarious as the people ragging on Darkfall because of the graphics.

It's obvious that you've all been expecting this game to vanish into nothingness, and are now bitter as hell that it's gaining popularity again.

I am on the Darkfall forums and will be playing the game ,however I am avid supporter of mmorpg.com and if someone says on Darkfall forums " people on mmoprg.com are all losers who must die " then I disagree with that
