What you don''t know, could hurt you.

The  classes in this game are incredible.  I truly enjoyed playing my classes in this game because they were awesome.  Real time combat, in-dept, but to be honest, since they worked so hard on the classes and not the end game content, we all quit.

CLASSES ROCK!!!

I must of played a different game every class i played was broken in some way, and if it wasn't

they broke it.  AoC is an epic fail on every level except one.  Great marketing

The game's been out, what, 3 months?  There are 80 levels.  Someone who can grind out that fast to high-end content should look around the house and see if their wife and kids are still there.  How about GvG siege battles?  PvP?  Every game is buggy and not equipped with all its content, in the beginning.

You can't name an MMO that isn't, unless you have selective memory(which most in the forums seemto have).  If they waited till all bugs were fixed, they'd never release, because most aren't found even in beta release.  If they waited till all content were ready, they'd never release, because you can never satisfy everyone with what you have.  Look at LotRO.  They seemed short on content in the beginning, but added chapters as the game went on(up to 16, I believe).  It's why the mantra "never buy an MMO when it comes out" is around.  Unless you are willing to accept a little lack of polish, don't play it.

AoC also announced adding more upper-level content, so the issue is being addressed.  A game like this, graphics-heavy and complex in gameplay, takes a bit more time to write for.

actually i waited till it was out for about 2 weeks.  saw all the negative stuff and said i gotta see this

for myself.  no matter how much you try to insult me lol that doesn't change the fact that AoC is a bugged

mess.  i approached the game with a let's see what they patch attitude.  they dropped the ball in my

oppinion.  sorry.  further more leveling in this game is very easy until about level 45.  i really believed

at one point they could pull it off.  the potential was and still is there.  unfortunately funcom decided to

lie.  that is not my fault.  AoC also announced end game siege, pvp xp, and much more. goodluck

Hi,

I belive ur wrong on the point that AoC is dead weight in the long run. Take WOW for example remeber how many things was promised when first brought out and not look at it its the top mmo there is out . The way i see it, is that yes funcom dropped the ball on their promises. But with enough time and support by players i think AoC has the potential to be a great game. Give it a couple months let the game build up and even the pvp will be worth playing. And without the pvp at the momment AoC is still just a fun game to play u have to atleast admit that even though the high level content dies out.

Yeah, still lots of bugs but it will be smooth in a year. Don't forget it's still a new game.

I just started the game and have played like 2 weeks now. Game is great, few bugs and much greater performance.

Just don't level up to quick and you will be OK.

Otherwise you will hit the "enjoyment ceiling" at the 70+ levels.

My HoX rocks hard (80), and I had fun with a Bear Shamen(45), all the other classes seem to be just like anything out of every other fantasy MMO, IMHO.
