I'm in australia and always hate joining oceanic servers, will i lag much in a usa server?

Im not sure about the lag part. but Tower of Doom is pretty good. A lot of people moved over from Skull Throne and it has a nice size population but does not get long que's like skull throne did.

Well if you are rolling Destruction, then pretty much all of them =)

Come and play with us on the Volkmar server as Order. However we do have ques during prime hours and we got constant battling 24/7

or

If you like Destruction, we got a nice thing going on the Badland Server as well.
