What level do you need to be now for these merchants in the keeps to offer you gear? I'm rank 10 and renown level 10 and the vendors had nothing to offer me. I thought I recalled hearing about a change where you have to be higher level. |

You now have to go to the top of a keep your realm owns to be able to purchase renown gear and train up your renown skills. |

There arent full sets that are gotten at once anymore. They removed that because of the sheer overpowerdness of getting a full complete set of good armor/weapons. Now it is spread out from 10-18, instead of getting it all at R10RR6 like you did back in CB and PW. |

uncheck filter usable and you can see whatever you like.
The answer to your question is level 11 rr7 should be some boots. You get almost everything for the first set by 14. Then for the second t2 set you need to get to like 18-19 for weapons and body armor .
Also you need to go to a tier 2 keep. |
