Is it possible to stretch the 800x600 gameplay window while in windowed mode?

I know Razor lets you, but if you're playing the pay shards I'm not sure what their opinion is on third party tools.

Thanks. Now I just gotta figure out how to minimize the 'hitching' effect. The 3d Reborn client doesn't seem to suffer from this as much.
