Ok this is making me angry...I just went out and bought the ATI all in Wonder HD for my computer as it was on sale...Upgraded my watts, and the game doesent appear to be running very smoothly...It takes 7-15 minutes to load the game...And when I get it, it either crashes right away,  or i just get  lagg for about 2 minutes before it clears up, and then a couple lagg jolts here and there. Which is still annoying considering I just upgraded my card...Is there any way I can fix this.

Go to start and the run>  Enter "DXDIAG" and press enter.

What does it say under memory and processor. Also what graphics card did you get. You can find this out from the display tab on dxdiag also.

I have 1022 MB of ram, and the graphics card is called ATI -All -In -Wonder HD.

Under processor it says intel pentium 4 cpu 3.00 GHZ.

If you''re going to be crazy, you have to get paid for it or else you''re going to be locked up.

Wow that sucks for load times.  Are you playing on low settings? What OS are you using?  Oh also what serries of ati is like number wise.

Playing Guild Wars. Waiting for Fallen Earth and SE new MMO.

It's def your PC.  I'm having very little problems with lag in WAR.  I am getting frequent disconnects when the server is close or at full capacity though.

Wipe them out....ALL of them.

uh AIW cards are like radeon 9600 or older equivalent (aka geforce 5x series); there are few that are actually optimized for gaming as well. They are more used for TV tuner and multi-functionality cards, HTPC, etc. They have not released an AIW for the 4x series yet I believe.

What model is your AIW? If it's the old kind it might not even be supported....how much was it, as well? That would be a good way to determine if you bought a new one or an old one. If it's a new kind, then that could be different.

Using Windos Xp. I've played highest possible settings with no, or little lagg. But it seems like everytime I log on it gets a little worse...I'm currently on balanced and experiencing a little lagg. Seems like everytime I start a new character a have no problems, but whenever I log out and come back I have problems...Veyr strange.

Every Game Gets Boring

You should get atleast 2 gigs of ram these days if you plan to play any game.  Specially in Vista.  You have to figure that Windows XP takes a 'minimum' of 256mb of ram to even run,  and 512mb to run smoothly.  And then any applications you have running will probably come up with another 200mb of ram leaving you with 200-400mb of expendable ram for WAR.

A gig of ram these days is dirt cheap and any desktop computer made after 2004 should easily be able to max out at 2gigs of ram if not more. Unless you've bought your computer from some prepackaged company like Dell or Hp.  In which I just suggest you get a new computer from your LOCAL computer shop.

I'm running a AMD Athlone 64x2 Dual core 3800+ with 2 gigs of ram and a PCI-E Navida 7600 Geforce that i bought barebones computer for 550 in Febuaray. (with a 250gb hd)

Crysis runs like garbage, but everything else runs flawlessly.  And windows boots in 8 seconds.

Its also wise to have 2 hard drives,  One Solely for your operating system.  And the other for all your apps/games/media.  Much smoother system proformance that way.
