It's absolute gold that there's no official forums. A small percentage of players actually ever needs them, but they can build a lot of negative publicity. |

For everyone saying blame retailers or you should have gotten overnight shipping, what about those of us who don't have access to a retailer and HAVE to wait for mail? I just got my box a few hours ago. I was told I would have a grace period. I beleived I would have no break in play time.

For the 5th time, for the life of me I can't understand why people can't get off their lazy butt and go to the store and buy a video game. Warhammer release was time sensitive, so why would you order something like that online This topic should have its own forum, and the list should go something like this : Age of Conan Anarchy Online ArchLord Asheron's Call Next game Next game I got screwed by an online web site Don't even THINK about using the excuse " I'm too busy". I travel as much as I'm home and I still find the time to go to a local gamestop and put $5 down and then pick the games up when released.

I don't really see the problem. I just ordered from EA store and got a key. Its not like I needed a new DL or something. Already had the game etc. Took me 5 minutes to be right.
I mean sure its kind of stupid for the whole buying a box thing. Some clumsy overlap. Might as well have given people 5 days or something.
But in the end getting a CD key is easy. |

Hmm.... on release day my local Best Buy gave me a call, said my pre-order was available, I went to the store and picked up my two copies, was playing 2 hours later. What's the problem? Oh yes, having it shipped to you instead. Way too risky a method of delivery for me. |
