Darkfall

Being able to be apart of a clan that can hire NPCs to fight with you and take over land, thats what its all about. This game reminds me (a little) of Planetside. Other than having the Fantasy instead of futuristic, it has the MMO PvP mode that Ive missed. Being able to build your own empire and having all those freedoms that it includes really makes me happy. I hope this game lives up to the potential

Personally I think this is planet side but in a medieval form. It's full of win.

Yeah dude definately... Im really pumped for this game now. After Planetside was destroyed by the BFRs  of core combat, ive been looking for a true PvP MMO like this

This game is full of hope. I am standing behind it 100% for sure!   

This game will be great! dont pay attention to the flamers who try and drag this game down...

We have to hope that it is like that, and that if it is, they don't decide to fuck around with it.

I'm fairly new to darkfall, well very new considering it's lengthy history. From what I've read, the length of time it has been in development has given the creators a liscence to create something of megalithic proportions as far as MMO games go. The customizability alone will likely set this game apart from the rest. I am, however, a little apprehensive. From what I've read (and I know there is a wealth of information still waiting for me to devour) the game has a potential to be great in both PvP and PvE. There are so many things that could potentially happen, every action having a reaction, and lack of action also having it's repercussions. The apprehension comes in when I think about how long this game has been in development, and the wonder of if the game will be released. Who knows, but the community that Darkfall has built in the meantime is great, and I enjoy talking to people over ont eh official boards and in my clan.

I wouldent fear.. the long dev time was (from what i understand) because the hand crafted the huge world... purchased the DF title from a diffrent dev. and are a small based dev company (unlike mythic/blizz ect...) so this being there first mmo it dosent suprise me that its taking them a while... Plus the amount of content that is in the game is huge.
