Really, arguing on the internet is like the retarded olympics..

This thread was destined for war.. even know both sides aren't proving shit. Opinions are opinions.. it's just a game.

erm,dont even try to compare an instanced cage with a fully free world to explore... i loved aoc lore but apart the graficks most other areas were screwed up.. great lack of content ,instances ,combat system idea of aoc was good but it needs huge fixing: manual block was made crapie ,and after playing 2 hours aoc,the game is tiring .

In DF though exploration of the world and adventuring is great,giving you a fewling , similar to the old school role playing games,its gameplay focused which is the highest value in a game .

Combat system is completely  manual system like oblivion which is by far easiest and better to use ,manual blocking in DF is as it should be ,you can hold down blocking and moving slowely around and not stick on theground like in aoc :/

ITS THE SMALL DETAILS that making the diferrence in a game .

Corpse looting though i thnk it will drag away some pve oriented players +pve players that do some little amounts of pvp just for fun.

My idea on corpse looting would be to randomly drop an amount of gold + 1 random item/weapon from every player ,so after killed you wont have to visit your bank each time u die to fully re-equip your character,that could end tiring maybe.

I know DF is skill based and not geared based but some times u r going to die from various reasons that wouldnt be your fault eaxactly like meet 4 oponents when u r alone or instant lagging when figthing 1 v1 or if your computer will just get crashed and after reloging u realise that u are dead and fully looted..those things will upset many p[layers hardcore pvpiers or not and aventurine should re-conside about full-looting and maybe try to replace it with partial looting.

You can't judge something that has not yet been released wheter it's good or bad.

i love these people that keep saying Darkfall is vaporware lol.

i love their logic and reasoning and mostly their inabilty to follow a game and see what stage they are in.

more than 7 years development and now they are in Hardware Beta testing and still they hang on to their idea of vaporware.

I want to make another bet with you since the alst one kinda backed off.....

i bet you my comp for your comp Darkfall will be released or  in open Beta by the end of this year.

I have faith in Aventurine....they might be small company but i believe more in a small company dedicated and working close and perfect together.

i like that more than a big company with employees that look at the clock waiting till 5 o clock

I thought the video sucked as well.  1 TB of footage and thats the best they came up with .lol

 I ended up skiping most of it cuz I almost fell asleep.

yes...i was wow...

this trailer is looks awful...man i bet all the df fans will be dissapointed.

then when i come to the forums everyone was happy with it...

if a game that i had been wating for fo 7 years looked like that i would have been pissed.

     These darkfall threads are just ridiculous...The game doesnt even ahve a beta yet but its the greatest game of all time??? Why dont you guys actually play a game that exists rather than fantasizing about something that isnt even a reality for at least several months if not years.......

Because the games currently on offer do not seem very appealing.
