WAR (Warhammer Online)

Hello fellow Warhammer players.

I'm not currently playing War yet, i'm just gathering a bit of info up before i dip my toe in the water.

I will wait for a buddy key or free trial before i play...

Anyway just wondering how long does it take to get to lvl 40 ?  I'm bearing in mind that everyone play's at a diffrent speed so i'm just looking for an average time not actualy how fast it can be done, just average.

Second question whats it like when you do hit the big lvl40 ?

I apologize if this post is to early and noone has reached lvl40,  as i said ive never played the game so i havn't a clue on the lvling speed.

For a chinese power level person, 7 days I've heard.

Normal person, a month, or some weeks more I guess?

2 weeks. Playing about 6 hour weekdays, and like uhh 12 hr weekends.

There were a couple guys who hit 40 within 4 days of the head start, and then there are people who have been playing for almost 2 weeks and are still in the Tier 1 zones. Honestly it really comes down to how many hours you can put in each day/week. If you take your time, which a lot of people are, I would say at least a month, maybe 2.

Doesnt' do you any good to rush to 40 the game isnt' about the PvE levels.....not to mention you skip all the content...and the progression / learning pattern that prepares you for whats at lvl 40.   I kinda chuckle when ever one of our lvl 24 tanks goes "sweet i reached renown rank 13" because I'm lvl 14 with RR 13 in PvP...rofl.

Ye I know, haha. You can tell your pvp players from your pve players. Some players in their 20's with Renown rank 10-14...it's funny. I am level 13 with renown 12 almost 13. I'm trying to keep them even until renown slows down....still going to try to keep it as even as I can then.

Well this is really hard to say.  It probably is gonna vary a lot depending on how much you focus on only questing and how much you exploit some xp flaws in the system.

I'm lvl 20 white lion with 11 renown.  My played time is 2 days 7 hours.  I'm not exploiting anything and I'm just playing normally doing some scenarios, pqs and quests.  It does seem like as you level up xp gets slower. 

I haven't exclusively focused on anything but I play scenarios more than anything else... and if you are winning these are by far the fastest way to level.  I've been playing since CE headstart took this past weekend off (went on vacation) but still hit 30 (RR 23) friday before leaving.

I would say anywhere from 6-10 days in-game time.

Yeah im Level 12 with RR 9 and ive been doing as much RvR scenerios i can trying to keep that level equal with my PvE level.
