There is no witness so terrible and no accuser so powerful as conscience which dwells within us.

I came to this game for open world PVP, not "PVP in a box" scenarios. There's very little real RVR action even on high pop realms, and I don't feel all that inclined to sink time into this game when I honestly don't feel like the game is going to amount to much. It's going to be a bunch of ex-WoW junkies grinding scenarios until the end of time, thinking they are playing a game that is somehow fundamentally different, when it's really just more of the same.

The game has potential, but the community playing it is just completely screwed up.

Build your own community.  I've invited some real life friends to play and you don't need a whole army for all open world RVR, theres alot a 4 person team can do. Especially if you pick the right classes.

I'm not interested in skirmishes, they sold this game on WAR but whenever I log in, it's nowhere to be found. There's a number of reasons for that which I don't care to debate; suffice it to say they clearly haven't done enough to ease population imbalance and subsequently most Order players ignore the RVR lakes and just grind scenarios.

Maybe I joined a "lucky" server, but last night I joined a t2 warband and fought over the keeps in troll country.  For about 3 hours, it was close to 50v50 with each side pushing and retreating at various points.  Most evenings I have had no problems joining a warband and bashing some skulls in open rvr.  At this point the open world rvr seems to concentrate in certain areas, and usually doesn't start to get massive untill around 7pm EST, but once it gets going, it seems to go on for quite a while. Try going to the different rvr areas, and look for RvR warbands.  Many people have been complaining about lack of open rvr even on high/high servers, but I haven't at all (although it is dead in the afternoon on a weekday, ie 11am-3pm).

Blessed by Light and the burden of Shadow

I just love it....lol So entertaining when you voice your concerns about this pathetic game your automatically a blizz fan and a wow lover .

The game will fail...simple fact... It will remain in the same league as lotr.  I've leveled to 30 and had many many discussions with fellow players, many will not be renewing after the 30 day free period. Shame? yes it is as i was looking forward to this game, but its simply a let down with poor gameplay and lack of pvp and graphical beauty. Deny it as much as you like coz your just blind, every statistic available is showing the game is coming to a fast painful death and we all know why .

Those who LOVE it fall in 3 categories:

- DAoC lovers who think they can come back to the high days of that game

- Wow haters who just want to love it because they played Wow to death and now hate their ex love.

- The MMORPG jumpers who jump from MMORPG to MMORPG every time a new launch is announced.

All 3 categories "love" this game for the wrong reasons, they "think" they love it, but they have the wrong driving force to love and support it. All three will drop the ball.

The first category have to admit it's a shadow of the orginal DAoC, the second group are just loving it because they can hate their old love even more (forgetting that War is even more of less)... until they wake up and the third group will leave when the next new kid comes to town.

ALL the rest of the buyers can't look at it without having this feeling of: a clunky PvP, lagyy and badly designed game both in server capacity, PVE challenge AND RvR wise.

Wow!

I bet if you got a job in the stock market, you could keep the economy floating above water just based on your assumptions!

 save your money.....

I wasted 50 bucks wanting to play a "new" mmo, only to find this WoW remake.

This game is good for all the kids out there who think WoW is a great a game.  Its like developer's just copy & pasted half of WoW's Code into this.

I can't speak for everyone, looks like enough ppl agree that this game is lame.

way, WAY overrated.

Save your money!!

I agree with the cut and paste but im sure they missed parts out as its such a poorly programmed game. Looks like it was designed by students in their 2nd year of National Diploma in computing. lol

And it's sweeping generalizations like this that let me know you are an idiot. People cannot be lumped into categories like that. This way of thinking is what fuels racism, and sexism....Bodypass you aren't a bigot are you?

Anyways,  I hated GW AND AoC, and I enjoy WAR. Bodypass, why is it that you have such an issue with people enjoying a game that you don't? What's the big deal? Really, I'd like to hear your answer.

WoW is your game, we all get it, you are a fanboy proudly waving your WoW flag and shouting at anyone who will listen.......instead of playing....which is what you should be doing if you love the game so much. K Thx
