I'd wager that all servers are pretty much friendly. I have a character in Mycenae and Sikyon, and players are generally helpful and not jerks. I don't know if this is because of the possible rewards for helping newbies, or because they are sincerely helpful, but hey, it's working.

i als have a character in sikyon and in mycanae.. and im level 50 right now but i havent experienced players with bad manners... almost all players has a good sportsmanship on their body... i tell this because i often beaten by low level players and instead of making fun of me and trash talk me they always tell good things.. and that makes atlantica a good community to play with...

baby girl, twist away..

im currently at the mycenae server and i could attest to the fact that the players here are friendly. earlier, i had a problem obtaining basic info for crab warrior. i already battled with a lot of crab warriors but i still didn't get the information i need. good thing there's this one player who traded info for other info so i traded my headless soldier info for the info i needed.

the player's ign is Artakus. he likes trading info (just any info you want to give him) for the info you need.
