Yeah,i done this many times, just make sure you have a decent pc, with lots of ram, both in the motherboard, and in the graphics card, and open your pc up when playing cos your graphics card wil get very hot...

other than that it works fine..

If you have less then 4 GB RAM you'll probably have a Problem with 2 Clients.

2 Clients will use around 3 GB RAM and you need RAM for the Operating System itself.

3,5 GB could eventually work decently.

On my 4GB Vista 64 Machine 2 Clients did run without a Problem. (ATI 4850 HD 512MB). Tested it a few days ago with a friends account.
