Im looking for a game where my mage can continuously shoot out spells on a regular basis. EX: On UO if i have a GM mage with high int and good faster casting I can fire non-stop magic arrows |

I don't know a single child with the attention span needed to play RO. |

Warhammer online is decent for that actually. All classes use a action point system similar to WoW rogues. I'm not sure on spamming insta-casts but the action point system means no real downtime and you just keep wailing away. |
