Hi all just wanted to get some feed back of this expansion , and how the launch has gone.

A little over half an hour before I can play it ( on the west coast) 

But I was in beta and had a lot of "oh that's cool!" moments, and the DK quest chain was simply epic.

Can't wait to fight in lake wintergrasp, duel underneath dalaran, and raid me some naxx on my real main

im going to pwnzor noobs with my paladin

No lag, lots of people on screen.  Quests are fun so far, lots of little quirks here and there in the storylines.

I'm to tired to post more. 

Looking good so far, guys on my main server were heading out to Northrend about 9pm last night and starting to level.

I did about 1/3rd of my L70-71 run last night and the quests are fairly run of the mill so far, although it introduces you to the area very well. Quest rewards are a little bit of a pain at the moment to be honest as with my mage for example i initially took a heavy hit to my Crit strike rating only to have the new items replaced within a couple of quests for better items again. In the space of five quests i had replaced my trousers three times, but i guess it may well depend on what order you do your quests in. Spawn rates for the initial quests have been good and i have only had to wait on one spawn for a few minutes on one particular quests so far even with it being as busy as it is.

Graphics and animation of the new mobs is very good, and loving the whole "living" feel of the area with ships pulling in to the Tuskaar area dropping off invaders constantly and the living turtle ships etc. The whole area has a much less 'static' feel to it and there always seems to be something going on around you. The early MOB's are not too difficult as you would expect, but they have some sneaky attacks that may not be too apparent in the heat of battle, so don't get lulled into a false sense of security or you could find your health a lot lower than you expected :)

A very light skim over my initial impressions, but overall i would say get yourself out there and have some fun, it's looking good.

Jason pointed on something that I was going to mention weeks ago from beta.

Normal every day mobs have a bunch of special attacks.  It seems like every expansion the mobs get more interesting to fight.   Most of the normal quest mobs in Wrath have more special attacks and AI then the instanced boss mobs in AOC and Warhammer.

long gone are the days when a mob ran up to you and just hit your with a club for 10 seconds.

Impressions of the EU launched.. solid and seemless.

I got to play around 1:00pm server time, no lag, no crashes, a good population everywhere but not too much, splitting the pop up into 2 different locations seems to have fixed the issues with TBC.

Right now the horde have decided to attack Valgarde (allaince starting area), so been spending half hour getting in some fun PvP.

Just arrived by boat in Valgarde (Howling Fjord).

Speechless really. Music, the fjord,... impressive views. Do enjoy. No need to type.
