$oE , destroying MMO since 1999.

The companies, including Amazon.com, Sony, Microsoft and Best Buy, have begun to create alternatives to the infuriating plastic “clamshell” packages and cruelly complex twist ties that make products like electronics and toys almost impossible for mere mortals to open without power tools.

Actually.. those headphones are packaged in that annoying ass plastic that developes horribly sharp edges if torn. Nothing like having something decide it wants to be incredibly sharp when you've got your hands all over it.

I always thought I was dumb for not knowing the practical way to open those packages, like there was some tool I was supposed to have but didn't. Glad to see they're going away.

Yes, I always though that attacking it with a philips screwdriver and punching a whole into it couldn't have been intended.

To not conform is to conform; Always question orders and demand a reason, least you become a Nazi.

Using a knife always worked for me... except when I cut myself that one time.....

Oh come on people, its called a pocket knife. Ever heard of those little things?

Poke the end into one of the corners of the "clamshell" packaging and drag. Done right, it slices open like butter.

Not playing MMOs, and hating every minute of it.
