AVG is coming up with a virus thread detection on the main page again.  This happened a few months ago, and it's doing it again.  It's trying to install an activex control for remote data (which is really not cool).  So, could someone from the site tech dept. please take down whatever is causing that?

AVG also had user32.dll in it's signatures and tried to delete essential windows files for no reason at all, i wouldn't really count on the reliability of it.

Furthermore, if it actually polls you for something with activex, it's pretty obvious that you're using the wrong browser.

I bet it would also help alot if you hinted at the source of the activex, otherwise i doubt anyone from the tech people will be able to locate it. (Because, afaik, mmorpg.com is not using activeXploit on the site)

It takes a village to raise a child, but it takes a viking to raze a village!

Getting the same thing with Windows Live OneCare.  It's detecting "Trojan: JS/Runscript.gen" everytime I open MMORPG.Com's main page.  Just started doing it about an hour ago or so.
