Regardless of whether you think this game falls under the MMO category or not (which it does), there are no games to rival this one.

Huxley was the only chance by Microsoft to hurt Sony in the MMO space, and that game is seeming to go belly up.  Even if it does launch, I have a feeling it won't be popular at all (based on the demographics of people that own 360's--young males who haven't experienced late 1990's and early 2000's Unreal Tournament style gaming, which is what Huxley's gameplay is alot like.)

Are there any games that can rival The Agency?  If not, I think this will be the nail in the coffin in the "console war", marking Sony's victory.

I'll second Global Agenda for sure. Not a console game, but on the PC side of things, could really fill a large niche market that sits empty in the MMO realm atm.
