.. Yeah.. it's not like Turbine ever made a video game in the past.. especially not one that is HEAVILY influencing dark fall.. Oh.. wait.. something doesn't see write about that statement..

LotRO was one of the biggest backhands /scams to its community in MMO history, and yet people don't judge it too harshly. All I'm saying is stop trying to tear down a game that might actually free us from the WoW dark ages. |

Couple of things are wrong here. 1. LotRO was exactly as promised. (I was talking to the guys at turbine during development) They had an Open Beta where people got to see the game. Do not confuse it with 2. WoW is The CURRENT game.. UO is the past. Hate to say it, but the THEME park games BROUGHT in the masses.. NOT the SANDBOX games. UO 100k? Or something.. AC 120K.. both Sandbox.. EQ? 500k.. And that was a themepark.. And WoW? 10MILLION and that's a theme park.. |
