As we watch the news the economy, the failing banks, the auto industry asking for handouts. A few years ago this congress passed laws that made bankruptsy harder for individuals. As well as higher credit card payments mandatory.

My question is why should banks wall street the auto industry get bailed out when congress was so quick to change credit laws for the average person? Frankly i do not think any more bail outs on tax payers dime should be done till Congress re looks at the LAWS they passed a few years ago,

I am just wondering if part of our economic woes can be traced back to their laws they enacted for the average person that changed the way banks did credit?
