I am trying to activate my old account, i hit the 'resume' button on the turbrin account manager, and its suppose to do it for me, but i get this message 'unable to retrieve plans for the product key you entered' what am i doing wrong?? |

I had same problem, called customer support, took 10 mins including wait time to fix. |

I had 0 (zero) issues. Mabye you should check your CC info and what not, may be best just to fill everything in again. When you hit that little buttion, it uses the Credit card they have on file... |
