WAR (Warhammer Online)

Let's face it, ALL pve and raid WOTLK content was beaten by the best guild 2 days after release, and most of the top 50-100 guilds have now cleared all of it also. It will take 1 more week for most of the good raiding guilds to complete all of it - including malygos, full naxx 25 etc

Then everyone and their granny who has never played a computer game will be able to kill Kelthuzad and Malygos. Sad but true, WoW is just dumb now.

WoW has been dumbed down so that anyone with a keyboard can complete it and get their epics. It's boring to know everyone has full epics and there's no variety, no sense of achievement.

There's simply no point to WoW any more. It's not fun, and it's too easy. It's pointless.

WAR may not be as polished, but it is more fun. I play with a good top-end guild, we are killing bosses in Lost Vale that are harder than any boss in WOTLK (order doesn't have repel)

And the mass PVP with zone control throughout the actual game map (rather than some instances lake BG aka AV2) is more fun than crappy arena duels and the same BGs again and again.

I see a lot of people who have now completed WoW/WOTLK looking around saying "is that all there is?"

I'm happy playing WAR :)

WAR is just shit, it isn't in the same league with WoW, LOTRO, EVE or hell, not even L2. It's just a pathetic WoW clone.

LOL talk about making stuff up, 1 guild has completed the endgame stuff becuase they the most hardcore raid guild who... and wait for it.. played all the end game stuff in beta for 6 months, so all they did was skip all the content and power lvl to 80 then do what they have been doing in beta for 6months and beat the end games bosses.  NO OTHER GUILD HAS DONE THIS FACT!!!!

Please play end game bosses in wrath before commenting.

The lake is NOT instanced, again.. play Wrath before commenting on things.

The lake might as well be instances, the other zones are questing areas, lake is just a PVP area, it's a BG, nothing more

I've seen all the bosses in WOTLK, all of the good guilds have already cleared all the content, now the 2nd tier guilds are clearing it also :)

Next week the mouth-breathers and casual raiders will clear it all also. Epics for everyone who can faceroll through easymode PVE made for kids :)

Oh and if you don't need me in WoW that's fine. I used to be a hardcore raider who loved WoW PVE. Now I think it's easymode garbage made for kids :)

I see you decided to ignore my comments, 1 guild has completed the content as they played it beta for 6months, no other guild has, there will be some guild running 10man naxx maybe even 25man but thats it. Again you have not played wrath so your not educated enough to comment.  I have played WAR and what a dissapointment that was in all areas.

It's just the same with WAR Altdorf was under siege within a week of release which means they've seen just about everything this game has to offer.

No one made it into Altdorf Palace on that first Altdorf siege, and no one killed Karl Franz. Also, Lost Vale has harder PVE bosses than anything in WOTLK

And you're wrong - all the good guilds are clearing WOTLK already, it's easy mode. My old server is Kazzak and here are some comments from the progression thread there :

The only reason no ones completely sacked a city yet is because the end game in War is borked with the vp system not working not because the games hard.

 Sadly, the OP is right to an extent. There are guilds that are pretty much done with the end-game content. The game is still fun tho, it just seems Blizzard shot themselves in the foot on this one. They thought to much about what they had to do to compete with WAR instead of what they should do to make the game last longer. I'm not going to name the guilds because you can read there forums and see for yourself. I still do enjoy the game tho. Regardless, the content shouldn't of been beaten so quickly regardless of there status in beta or being a hardcore guild. All Blizzard had to due was tone the encounters up, but instead they left them the same. Oh well, its still enjoyable.
