Hi all.

I see a lot of new FPS game, well sorta games more on the line of run die run die and AIM bot things to death. I wonder where the challenge is?. Is it in the I can Script better or found a better hack than you.

Where did the i need a Brain to play a game go?. Now i see games with built in Bot systems that you can program  to do it all for you while you go play something else or check to see how your ALT Bot is doing.

Oh!, I guess we can add a BIG Hand clap to our hackers / Mods / for a Job well done. Now they can set back and not even worry about creating Script anymore, it's all there for everyone. How sad it has become to see Online games that once were fun now turn into nothing more than a place to log on and check a Bot then leave. Oh, time to go Cut the Grass /sigh.

Aim bots are in all console games, becaues the controls aren't as good as mouse nd keyboard.

As far I can tell he is complaining about people who are unable to play FPS online games and those unable to actaully play a game need AIMbots/hacks/cheats to atleast pretend they are playing a game.

Actually, in  most modern console FPS games you can actualy turn auto-assist off. And just because you suck at using a gamepad, doesn't mean they're inferior.

Hes canadian so english is probably not his native language and to the OP, this site isn't about first person shooters.

Im a french canadian from Quebec. And, just like everyone else in this thread, Im trying to figure out what the heck this guy is talking about. Its a MMOG forum... not some FPS one. WTF? Must be a troll.

Moving at 30 degrees, looking backwards at 60 degrees, toggling your grenade types, and firing weapons and grenades at the same time is NOT bad. 

On the keyboard you'd be slaved moving at 45 degree angles and having those slaved to the direction that you're currently looking. 

Having where you're looking and where you're moving completely unslaved from each other is pretty nice and can be used to really screw up 'teh hardcorzors fanzors' because they're relying to much on how people would normally be moving(leading shots ect).  I love the ability to focus more on footwork.

As for what the OP is talking about it's along the lines of there being too much automation in games.   You can literally 1 button some builds in a WoW raid.  But what he's really complaining about is when it comes to PvP.

I personally like using scripting systems for a lot of things adding extra Queues like beeps/bloops when status effects are applied to you are nice.  Though when it gets down to a build spamming interupts and using macros to choose your target faster than you should have does get pretty bad.
