WAR (Warhammer Online)

This is a very good game its a little awkward at first, although there is alot of potential.

most players have played numerous mmo's and the game takes time to get use to I have found it to be a simple learning curve. However people must remeber that its a pvp game and not heavy in the rpg departement. I am enjoying myself and I will keep playing its a nice change.

I had the same first impression. Tier 1 is great for Open RvR. IMHO Mythic messed up on Tier 2 and 3 because it is reletively and almost only about the Keeps but when there are (usually 2 - 3 times a day) it is very fun. I congratulate you for trying it out!

Unfortunately that first impression is perfectly accurate for T1 and even T2, but  it starts to go downhill in T3 and get quite bad in T4.

Not true for everyone, it seems more server dependent. Some servers heat up and get truly awesome in t3 and t4. It would be a mistake to assume that your personal experience is the only possible one.

I am in T3 now and have been for a few weeks now and I dont agree with you at all.

welcome to the game.  Now that all the inital release hysteria is over and Mythic is patching and updating the game (especially the Dec patch) it is a very good time to start up.

Dont forget to go into your Tome of Knowledge (ToK) and start right away on the Heavy Metal quest line. You got till December 2nd to complete the series of quests to unlock the new Tank class for both Order and Destruction.

I quit 3 days ago and will resub in 3-4 months as I guess it will be the time needed for Mythic to deal with the major issues.
