As someone pointed out the MMOWTF awards are absent this year, so lets do our own.

Your nominations MUST be from 2008, nothing prior.... otherwise it would just be NGE and other sony failures all over again.  Did SOE do anything really noteworthy this year?

 

My MMOWTF nominations are for Tabula Rasa and PoTBS, both closing down less then a year old, and after all that hype!!!!!

Mythic gets an honorable mention for losing 75% of their player base in the first month, and making a RvR game that is very light on RvR and heavy on instanced battlegrounds.

From my personal experience I'd have to nominate the SWG trading card game as the most ridiculous addition to an MMO this year.
