Star Wars Galaxies

I have tryed the SWG trial. I was not hoping for much since ive heard so many bad things about this game but i acctualy found it really fun to play. The game is not so abandoned as some people say and i saw many people runing around.

 I think this game is hated so much becouse the owners screwed it up long ago but now its really fun to play again!

Nice too see even more people that makes theier own oppinion, instead of listening to haters or fanbois.

it's obviously possible for certain people to like the game in its current state. Just don't assume you know what happened over the last 5 years.

glad to hear you enjoy the game. It REALLY isn't as bad as some say it is. Its all subjective.

or, it really is that bad BEACAUSE its subjective.

my 3 year old nephew wanted me to play cars with him yesterday. I honestly didn't have much fun but don't tell him that.

it's not a question of fun. It's that my complex interactive game got changed to a game of cars. If you like playing cars, good for you.

did I just compare NGE to playing cars? :p

That's the point no? He doesn't need to know any of the previous shenanigans. I wouldn't pretend to either but the point is he isn't jaded by past goings on and can enjoy the game for what it is now.

aside from completely missing that... your saying that every vet would like the game if they suddenly got amnesia. That's stupid. I understand and agree that some might disallow themselves from enjoying the game because of their grudge, but it's a completely different kind of game then it used to be. That's why most vets don't like it. And if the minority of begrudged suddenly allow themselves to open up, who's to say they'd like it as much, or able to like it for as long? I think many of them have valid reasons not to open themselves up for more potential abuse. Even if they would like the game it's like cheese in a mouse trap.

I don't see where he's assumed to have any knowledge of the on goings, merely postulating as to hate the game gets.

So thanks but I didn't miss anything .It does, however, appear you misunderstand and seem to be wanting some kind of argument. The guy is just enjoying the game and wants to tell others, no need to be so defensive.

You really have comprehension problems and seem to be beating a deep seeded grudge that makes you angry and argumentative. I am a vet, and I must say, the game got brutally beaten into the floor.

BUT

I love it still, it is extreamly fun, All the game has done since NGE is improve (Aside froma f ew things, but every game has those bad patches) I am happy, I always see people, Starsider and Bria are my servers and I intend to stay tille the game is UNPLAYABLE and i mean literally. If the vets loved this game as much as they say they did, they would just as I have, Besides im pretty sure if you have HALF a brain you can mod everything from your walking acceleration  to your jedi robes. My game looks exactly like pre nge anyway.
