Or, there will be, soon. According to a Blue post by Bornakk on the official World of Warcraft forums, Blizzard is developing a new service that will allow for the integration of the auction house with the Armory. This means that players will be able to manage their auctions through the Armory website, or, even the Armory app available on the iPod Touch and iPhone.

Bornakk on the new service:

Since the launch of the World of Warcraft Armory, we've been regularly releasing updates and new features designed to help players stay connected to the game even when they're not logged in. Today, we wanted to give you a heads-up about a new service now in development that will let players access the Auction House directly through the Armory website or Armory App for iPhone or iPod touch.

While there are still plenty of details to be worked out, we're designing the service to offer auction functionality similar to what's available in-game. Players have been requesting -- and we've been hoping to implement -- a feature like this for a long time, and we're excited that the Armory and the game have evolved to a point that makes it possible.

This is a fairly complex service to develop, due in large part to its unprecedented integration with the game, so we don't have an exact release date yet. It's important to note here that certain elements of the service will be premium-based, which we'll go into more detail on once the service functionality is finalized. As with all of the services we offer, we plan to integrate the Auction House and Armory in a way that won't disrupt the gameplay experience, and we won't release it until it meets the quality standards that we've set for our other features and services. You may be seeing bits and pieces of the Auction House service pop up in the test builds we use for the public test realms as we go through the process of internal testing. We'll have more info to share with you here and at http://www.WorldofWarcraft.com as we get closer to release.

Pretty soon you will be able to run dungeons and level up with an app...  Then everyone will go on to call Eve a wow clone because you dont have to actually play the game to advance.  Because of course, if Wow has it, then everyone else copied them.  That's correct logic, right? ;)

(No hate to eve, love the game)

"It's important to note here that certain elements of the service will be premium-based, which we'll go into more detail on once the service functionality is finalized."

A new monthly fee on top of a monthly fee, or a microtransaction over a monthly fee? I hope I'm interpreting this in a pessimist way though.

The feature sounds great though, everyone will be able to play AH when outside the game, so even more casual players may become able to dedicate some time to that. It's a further step into what Aion did, that allowed players to check their items on the Broker for each character without the trouble of logging into every single one in-game, and check if any sales expired or were succesful.

actually sounds like what was done with aion in its armory which sorry but with all the hacking going on lately and the issues ncsoft has had with its master acct website are we sure this is a good idea? seriously when i log into the aion armory and am logged into another persons stuff something is seriously wrong and for some reason i see something similar happening with this

besides who wants to check thier stuff in auction house on thier phone? i mean isnt this the reason behind oh idk playing the game?

and who the hell is going to pay for this "service" honestly this sounds like another way blizzard is trying to milk money out of the sheep er i mean ppl

Because blizzard needs the money....this should be openly available to all WoW players. Especially since they're content updates are so lack luster. I mean isn' that the point of monthly fees? To keep the servers up and to provide FREE CONTENT?

Keep milkin' the cow blizzard.

According to Richard Aioshi, I'm a snob because I don't like F2P games. /eye roll

I absolutely agree.guess 14.95 a month and 11 million or whatever players not enough.

This will just make it even easier for people to camp the Auction house with an Auctioneer like app.  And its going to make it a hell of alot easier to 'bot' the process.

More cashgrab, seems like.

You'll probably only be able to browse with the normal version but you'll probably be paying extra coinage to do anything with it.

Do daily quests and instance runs now on your iPhone. You'll just have to login to receive your newest loot.

Approve or disapprove of the idea, it's something new.    There are so many complaints that MMORPG developers never do anything different and yet whenever one does try something outside of the standard norms, the community tears it apart.

That said, it does sound like this will be another cash-generator for WoW.      ActiBlizz is a business last I heard, so it's their job to find new revenue streams.   Why does this surprise people?     If you don't like it, then do what I do and don't play WoW, but at least acknowledge that someone out there is trying more than just doing the same old thing.

It begins to add up these days: dual specs, phasing, cross server dungeons (a real boost for the old game), now this play with your I-Pad/I-phone some parts of the game...out of your PC.

Luckily we have ST, where you play parts of a game ... in game.

Want a real mmorpg? Play WOW with experience turned off mode and be Pve_Pvp King at any level without a rat race.

"I can't do it" never yet accomplished anything: "I will try" has accomplished wonders.

"Premium" & "new monthly fee" are some key words here on the first quote. Yes it would be nice to be able to check your auctions and not log into the game I suppose. My husband being disable is on the game 10 plus hours a day and hates it when other things take him away for even a few mins. Now mind you he wouldn't be able to check from his phone as we don't have that feature and he would agree we don't need it not even for WoW.  Me being a person that works and my time spent in game is to play as much as I can so farming to gather herbs or ore to put in the AH doesn't happen too often and I can surely wait to return to the game and check my diff toons to see. Besides Altoholic  is great to be able to check from one toon what all my toons have.

However, with  a fixed income(diabled) and a min wage income another added cost for WoW  is really not something I look forward to.  Then if the charge is per auction or item or whatever that could be very costly before you realize poof big bucks have been spent. For me that is really scary along with security.

So summing it up I agree with my second quote just another way for Bliz to gain money.  Gaming is our only entertainment  but their is still a limit as to how much can be spent.
