hey guys seriously dont buy this game its waste o money

I take it you had a bad start to the game, aren't a patient person or just don't like this sort of game where it's a combination of RPG and FPS?

Well, you have to give it some one, the fourms are the backbone of the game. Without the fourms, the game would collapse. Ask someone about what to do or where to go. I am a fom veteran. I was thinking of returning, because I missed my team in LED. But it is a totally diffrent game, I have NEVER seen a game like Face Of Mankind. This is a game where, If you want to have fun, you have to work with people you don't know, Its not like CS, or WoW where you have some friends to play with and you go into a party. Face Of Mankind doesn't have a skill system. They have 7 ranks, which, in every faction are diffrent, in LED they are Patrolman, Constable, Enforcer, and so on. In BoS, they are vandel, anarchy and so on. The combat system in this game is totally diffrent. I suggest you try the game for a couple days, and ask around, look on the fourms, and play.

Looks like you had a really bad start, the learing curve in FoM is hard but if you learn it the game will give you so much back!

The forums now adays are a joke, people are making extremely stupid posts when they get ganked, or when they gank someone else..
honestly the forums have become a complete bore because no one is using them for thier correct purpose anymore. === There is a contact list now and thats all great, but most of the other messages in the forums are just spam and rep whoreing |

People who haven't played this game in the last 6 - 8 months shouldn't
talk about it. It still is a bit crappy in quality for an MMORPG, but
its unique and there is nothing better or alternative at the moment.
We (the FDC) and others have gotten rid of most of the gankers. I mean most of them were banned for playing the game and not paying monthyly (ES gankers). Anyway, mercs are trying to change now (most of the faction) and the game just needs a population (thats one of the only problems). The game still has a lot of bugs, some stability (aka lag) problems, needs more depth but finally the GMs have allowed the factions complete freedom to do as they wish and to make what ever rules they wish aslong as they don't ruin the RP atmosphere of the game. Only problem as I said before is really the low population. Anyway, anyone complainging about being ganked when spawning is just a carebear who can't handle a game where it doesn't hold your hand and guide you through everything. |
