I am looking forward to the new server launch later this year but I don't want to see this kind of crap on the new server. These double and triple experience bonus events cheapen the process of leveling and raising skills. I want the process to be extra lengthy not shortened for the ADD kids. It would be refreshing to see a developer announce an event which halfed the amount of experience gained. |

Got to disagree with you RedwoodSap, these events are good for the game. They help players get passed levels they are having trouble with, encourage old players to resub and new players to start. It's also a nice way for the devs to reward players who are still playing. Now, if they made this the norm, then that would be bad yes. NCSoft does the same thing occasionally with CoX. Works well for them too. |
