Ok, i feel silly to ask but here we go.

I bought an item from military surplus (auction). How do I get it? I don't seem to be able to find in-game mail.

If it is not on the last tab at the bottom call receive items then you are bugged. I had a friend in game that bought something and it wasn't in the last tab, which he then noticed that his footlocker was empty.

Asked in General Chat and they said it was a known bug, log to a different character or log out and back in and it should be there.

Logging to a different character then back to the one with the bug fixed it.
