Lets try it.

Plz list 3 Mmorpgs and point out 3 points of that particular Mmorpg that made you to stop playing those mmorpgs.

My list will be like this….

Anarchy Online
1. After 4 years, really needed a break from it and its professions.
2. The expansions where slightly costly in the long run.
3. Became tired making special toons for special purposes.

Rappelz
1. Item mall proved to be too much real money spent in short span of time.
2. The content was so much of Dungeons it really got boring.
3. Too tired of leveling further without any reward but a new unexplored dungeon.

WoW
1. Certainly there are better games that took my attention away.
2. Fell for City Of Heroes character customization and the theme of gaming.
3. Didn’t quite liked the community that got too crowded and too rude.

Cheers

Open up the Internet, join in all the Mmorpgs you can. Go make the Guild. But never, never let them persuade you that things are too difficult or impossible. "

retired: GW

Guild Wars

Loved it but...

1. just got tired of grinding faction points

2. played it for 2 years and it was enough

3. waiting for GW2

LotRO

Nice but...

1. character customization is low

2. just using the same spell/skill over and over again to get the deed/trait

3. lore-master was great but the other classes were pretty blah

I have tried the trials for a lot more games. I didn't get past 2-3 days of most. I have actually given up on MMOs now. Back to Neverwinter Nights.

I intend to live forever -- So far so good!

I'll bite

Dark Age of Camelot:

  1. The population dropped to the point where it started to feel empty.
  2. The cross-realming was getting out of hand.  People would jump to whatever realm was "winning"
  3. A lot of the people I used to play just walked away.

World of Warcraft

  1. The community I found to be not to my liking for many reasons.
  2. In my opinion there was an inconsistency in the gameplay.  You would solo most if not all of the content all the way to cap level only to be shoehorned into a group only raiding "end game".  People would get used to one style and then be abruptly thrown into another style.
  3. Never felt a sense of accomplishment while I played.  Found the game lacking in the kind of challenge I was looking for.

City of Heroes/Villains

  1. The "missions" were bland and induced a feeling of repetition.
  2. Took quite a while to get to the PvP aspect of the game.
  3. I just couldn't get immersed into the setting.

WOW

1. Horrible graphics, some say they aren't that important but when you got games like GW that are f2p and look beautiful you have to wonder about games like these.

2. Stupid meaningless quests

3. Got too boring very very fast.

WAR-already canceled

1. Severe Class imbalance, gimped characters SH and SW not to mention the ENG and MAGUS

2. Realm Imbalance, servers dominated by Destro Folks...Mythic put to much emphasis on Destro Characters and not enough on Order, in the end I think this is what will make this game ultimately fail.  This games success falls on ORVR but If it's always imbalanced, it will turn many people off.

3. Poor Performance, countless CTD's, High Population causes server crashes, and huge LAG.

Vanaguard-painfully left it after 6 months

1. Very poor Performance even on a high end rig, this game struggles.  Chunk Blocks probably the worst.

   countless CTD's.

2. Thousands of Bugs in the game made it for a horrible experience.

3. Characters were not that thought out, hardly any abilities, some are still worthless.

"My days of not taking you seriously are certainly coming to a middle" - Firefly

I'll go with my favorite three:

Vanguard:  incomplete, buggy, poor performance, and they didnt stick with the original vision of an EQ1 like game.... nevertheless they at least TRIED to give me the game I wanted.  I would probably go back if the population was good accross all levels.

SWG:  PvP was buggy and there were tons of PvP exploits... and besides PvP there was nothing to do once you had your character maxed.... needed end game content of some sort besides PvP.

WoW:  Loved it, but it didnt take nearly long enough to level up.  I played for a long while till I just got tired of it.. overall WoW was a big success for me.  Flame away.. im an EQ1 vet.

Totally, that "I'M L33T AND PWN U N00BZ" attitude is the noxious gas that billows forth from the moronic asshat convention that is world of warcraft.

"Only the dead have seen the end of war" Plato

Im only gonna list my top 3 games.

Lineage 2 :

Loved this game and its concepts best graphics and soundtrack imo.

- Left because of lack of action against farmers/ebaying people

- Too much grind (this is kinda attached to the previous reason cause without the previous I could live with it)

- Point and click (minor but still annoying they didnt update)

WoW:

Great game kept me entretained and playing with friends for a long time.

- Felt like blizzard was pressing the "reset" button every patch, needed more continuous character development rather than putting content on the side.

- Not enough world pvp, the last 6 months i played wow the most fun I had was exploring around with friends just finding random pvp encounters with other people if they focused on that I would give it the 5th star.

- Too much time for PVE in the end, I absolutely loved the challenge of raiding in WoW shouting, organizing people but it completely consumed my time and I just cant afford to go home and have another "job" waiting for me, and doing karazhan and ZA is just felt bland after a while. Not necessarely blizzard fault as I cant even think of a solution for this problem.

Vanguard:

- Too many CTD

- Empty servers

Legen.... wait for it.... dary!
