Unfortunatly I have a RADEON X300 graphics card still.  But I do have 4 GB of RAM so that helps.  Will that graphics card be an issue or will it be okay.  I know that it worked fine when I use to play WoW so I figured if WAR was going for the same specs it should be fine.   Any of you know?

KOTOR is a looooooooooong way from release.  If you want to play a SW MMO then your only choice is SWG.  That's why.  If you think SWG is a piece of garbarge now, like I do, then play something else such as WAR which is bound to atleast be a fun MMO. 

People hear that KOTOR is confirmed and they start speculating that it will be out in a couple of years lol.  Please....2012 if we are lucky.  You know how games just get pushed back over and over.  Besides, with all the negativity around SWG they will be reluctant to put anything out that is sub-par.

lol that's what I was thinking.  Well OP, after your finished exploiting WoW for everything its got come over to WAR and continue your mission. 

I'm just giving ya a hard time, you just seem a bit mis-guided with your definition of exploitation is all.  If they intend for players to do something then it is essentially not an exploite.

Did you ever get a response from the editor?  It's pretty pathetic if this much time has passed with no acknowledgment.  I hope they have a reason to why they haven't created the forum as of yet.

I played from beta till about 2000 and I always thought that those who got ganked somewhat deserved it.  I admit, I got ganked a few times.  But if you have any common sense about yourself you know the bad places to avoid and you could just look at characters and tell who was a potential threat for PK.  It's like real life dude, don't go walking down harlem like you own the place and then cry about it when someone robs you blind.  It brought a real sense of common sense play that I really enjoyed.  Most people on Atlantic were not PK at all, in fact most people would seek out PKs and kill them.  You just had to have common sense, it wasn't for the kiddie generation that you see in WoW.  They feel like they have the right to go and do anything in the game because they pay there fee and therefore heaven forbid anything happen to there character. 

God I hope they bring back a real sandbox game with the updated content you see in MMOs today.

SANDBOX.  This is my main concern, I really want a good sandbox game.  PvP will come with that territory, atleast it should.  But I'm probably going to love anything they do with KOTOR because I love SW, but I just can't get into SWG because it's so lame now.  I'm hoping for something with good RvR as well.

Yeah I can't wait!  I have so many questions though I just hope they do it right!  Learn from the mistakes of SWG.  I like Jedi, but it shouldn't be done the way it is now in SWG that's rediculous.

Yeah I can't wait either.  It's looking amazing and plays even better than expected.  I would anticipate some news about open beta in the near future for sure. 

Amazon has it shipping late Sept. as of right now.  This would lead one to presume that the beta would start late August.  As the above poster stated, a delay may be coming which would bring everything to fall back, but I think he's jumping the gun on that assumption as there hasn't been any facts to back such a claim.

If it is going to be pushed back again then look for notification early/mid August.  If you don't hear anything by then, then you can probably assume it will be set to release on time.

Thank God I ordered mine just about 1 week ago.  Sounds like I just made it.  If you go to WARs website they have all the carriers for the CE.  I'd go through them one by one and see if you can find one of them still selling it.  At this point it doesn't matter where you get one you just want one.

Darkfall is going to be a sandbox.  And Mortal Online will be one as well.  Check them out.  They are both a ways away, but atleast it is something to look forward to.  I myself am very excited for either one to actually release.

I love sandbox, skill based games!  However, FE just doesn't seem to have enough content or lore to really get me excited about it.  I agree that it is really under the radar, but I don't say whether or not it deserves to be.  I think the game will be a fun game, but won't compare on the same scale as those earlier popular sandbox skill based games such as UO, SWG, and EVE. 

I'll check back again once I hear something new about it.

I wish.  But it still appears to be an amazing MMO.  I'm starting to believe, due to WAR, that an MMO doesn't have to be sandbox to be worth the code its written with.  I think WAR will be a lot of fun and have some sandbox qualities due to the fact that there is so much to do you will be able to create whatever type of path you want.  RvR, PvP, PvE whatever....  it should be good.

Thanks for the post.  I haven't seen these pics yet.  They look pretty good.  I can't wait! 

All three will be obsolete once you move up high enough in the PvE content anyway.  I wouldn't concern myself with this too much.  Of course it will be a nice advantage in PvE in the beginning part of the game.  I got mine from Amazon.com and I will always recommend going with Amazon because you get your beta code the second you order the CE. 

FYI, if you are planning on getting a CE I'd recommend doing it soon.

I am a veteran MMO player.  I don't have a preference whether I'm on RP server or not.  I dedicate a great deal of time to MMOs.  I have yet to join a very solid guild though.  I am looking for organization and somewhat high standards so that the guild doesn't get over ran with immature players. 

My one reserve, is that I do not currently use ventrillio, I have downloaded it, but I don't have the head piece and am somewhat naive to how it works because I use to play old MMOs where there was no such thing.  I don't like having to use something like that because I think it takes away from the feel of the game, but would do it if I eventually had to.  If you have a guild organized already please send me a message with the website so that I can find a guild before release.

Also, I have pre-ordered CE and will be in beta early.

EDIT: also, I plan on making a WH for my main character.
