Lets face it people have alts on their accounts and other accounts because they ran out of room on their main account. The only thing I can possible blame wow for in this new expansion so far...is that I was hoping for at least 2 hero classes and wanted around 4. My main point is, you cannot blame wow for certain players playstyles or habbits. Play the game at your own pace and try to enjoy it. I can gurantee you the people that are already 80 or have explored all the content need to not only get a life, but I dont think they even read the quests, finished all the quests or even have all the professions down pact. Anyway...if you judge a game just based on some sick kids then thats your problem not ours. Besides I would take my time with this expansion if I were them, or they are going to get bored fast and start waiting for the new expansion. |

And that was near impossible for a very long time. I hope that MMORPG's slowly go back to the you are requierd to group to level system. However I dont think Aion will go in that direction. Aion seems to be more like a Final fantasy in a WoW type enviroment. Which is a good thing considering WoW has some great art design, and im excited that they are taking the character art style from FF type art. Overall it should be a beutiful game, and I am hoping its gonig to be WoW/WAR/FF in one game. |

Well I was skeptical originally with the expansion, however I got to play it for 3 hours last night. I made myself a Death knight, yes I know everyone wanted to make one...but none of the classes with classic wow really enthralled me. I have got to say.... the DK starting area was alot of fun and the story behind it was amazing as well...kudos to blizzard for putting that together nicely. I also have to say the DK class is ALOT OF FUN, especially just starting out...the talents make them a great class to pick up for raids and fast instance runs. Overall so far I am very impressed with the expansion, I will hold off on my final decision on whether it was a success after my DK hits 80. But so far big kudos to Blizz. |

Hey Everyone,
I picked up my WOTLK this morning and am looking forward to going through some of the new zones and what not. I have not at the moment had a chance to get on *CRY* work and the family comes first. If anyone has had the opportunity to brave Northrend please leave your impressions of the new class and the new zones here for everyone to discuss. |

All im saying is, have the gear there to be available for PVE and PVP thats cool. But dont force us to have specific gear to enjoy the end game. I think that is too much hand holding and it I can start seeing the LFG channels. "king raid LFM you must have your Soverign gear set for an invite, you will be character searched priar to invite" Yeah, gee that defeates the whole purpose of having the pvp experiance to capture the place, and then the rejection because you dont have a set gear that gives you ward, but you have other gear that gives you the same stats. heh |

If you dont watn to PvE and you dont want the advantage over the King / Keep Lords at T4 then dont' do the PvE its that simple. The loot rate drops in WAR are pretty high compared to most games why there's a big waah over this is kinda confusing.
Im sorry, I consider keep lords and kings a pvp encounter not pve, only because its within a pvp objective. I refuse to be forced to do a PVE instance or PQ just to get a set so I can have an encounter with a king. I understand other games do this like WoW for example...however in like those other games you arent required to have a full set to survive an encounter. Usually you can find gear that is on the same level in different methods thats equivelant. Mythic is basically telling me that I need this set just for a stupid WARD ability so I can stay alive long enough to enjoy the ultimate end game experiance. Does no one else see a problem with this? |

As long as Mythic doesnt force me to PVE grind in order to survive a capital city siege. Is what I am saying here basically what your saying? |

Metelhead I understand that, and I /agree 100% with what your saying, I just have a problem when I am REQUIRED to have certain gear just to pvp in the end game for capital city sieges. I didnt know that a RVR focused game was going to FORCE me into grinding PVE drops to be able to participate in a city siege. I read just fine before buying the game, maybe you should read my issue before posting? |

I think i read the article pretty clearly. I got this game to pvp, not to pve. If I have to grind PVE instances and PQ's in order to stay competetive in a PVP driven game, then that for me is an epic fail. beleive me people i love this game and the playstyle/gameplay/content. But I dont agree with this formula for the rewards. You should not have to get the best gear to sack a capital city, ever. the article says the sets are "required" for those certain parts. |

Hello Everyone,
Gestalt recently posted a forum link, within that link was this link http://www.warherald.com/warherald/NewsArticle.war?id=397 I would like to open a discussion about this, and see what people think. I know for a fact if Mythic forces me to PVE grind just so I can play in RVR, then they will loose my sub. I want to play war for RVR and sieging. However I dont feel I should be forced to get a thousand and 1 different armor sets just to be able to pvp. Please post your opinions about this, and try to keep the flaming down. *edit* i forgot to add (other) please post your response if the poll doesnt reflect a plausable answer. |

Supposedly some of the first tier can be gotten from renown merchants but the grab bag makes it sound like the next two tiers are PvE PQ grinds in a taken enemy city to get each piece.
Well I need this to be confirmed with proof. No offense Gestalt. I really do like WAR but I will not play WAR for RVR and be forced to PVE grind to get armor sets so i can PVP. Sorry thats not what I thought WAR was all about. Either they fix this, or they loose a sub. no discussion to be had here. |

It is caused when you log out incorrectly and the game thinks your still logged on. There are a number of ways to fix this aparantly. I havent tried anything like the other posters above but calling EA support, they were able to reset me and said they are working on fixing it. |
