Is this game "click-to-move", "WASD", or other? Is the UI going to be open or closed?

1) you can move with WASD, which is sort of necessary because of the way you fight.

 

2) I guess you mean user mods? As far as i know, the game will mostly have a closed UI, with some parts that you can rearrange looking at the screenshots and released info. So don't expect thousands of mods like World of Warcraft :)

Well, considering this game is a FPS-like game, point-and-click movement would not work.

Ya, let me rephrase my answer.

It is FPS-like as where you aim, that is where your skill lands. The gameplay view itself is third person. So there isnt any "ATK - DEF - Dodge" rolls in the background or whatnot. All attacking/dodging is based on how you and your opponent plays. And as far as I know, ranged skills are "instant", as if shooting a bullet in a game like CS or UT. There are PBAoEs, Ranged AoEs, and others but as far as I know, those are instant casting also.

I just want to add to this that this isnt like your CS games..

You wont see ppl bunny hoping to avoid the "headshot"

In TCoS if you jump then you will sheath your weapon and by doing this you will take ALOT more damage if you are hit(I think it is 100% more but isnt offical yet)

So instead of seeing player's jumping around trying to jump and hit you will see players moving and looking for cover as they play.

Again it bring's in more of the skill nature rather than who can hop around a player while hitting the attack key.
