Deadman87 writes: Ugh, that music is so stock... Looks like DF have a fierce competitor. Tue Feb 02 2010 5:40PM
Blindchance writes: The music is sick, because it is a clip from Avatar film...MO still needs a lot of work to be able to compete with anything. Tue Feb 02 2010 5:56PM
Fadedbomb writes: @Blindchance: Hahahahahha, you're funny sir since that music is NOT from Avatar. Thanks for playing tho! Tue Feb 02 2010 7:18PM
Toquio3 writes: well, you gotta hand it to these guys, they sure know how to make a trailer at least. Tue Feb 02 2010 7:25PM
Carpface writes: The music in this trailer was also used in the Star Trek (2009) trailer: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iqXd6haFYqU&feature=related I knew it sounded familiar. Tue Feb 02 2010 7:49PM
Game-Wolf writes: i don't know anything about the game but that is one of the best game trailers i've ever seen.. Tue Feb 02 2010 8:41PM
xenorace writes: Nice realistic graphics. I have read very little, but the amount I have read this games seems like it could be a good game. These sandbox mmos are just so darn interesting. Tue Feb 02 2010 9:29PM
gatheris writes: really nice enticing video pity the game doesn't actually work when you are "in" game Tue Feb 02 2010 9:34PM
Xerith writes: The song is by Two Steps from Hell. They are a company who makes tons of trailer music. Tue Feb 02 2010 11:44PM
AmazingAvery writes: I used it in an AOC trailer with the same kinda view point. love the music and this trailer was really good. I like it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K737G7jpCBM&hd=1 Wed Feb 03 2010 12:16AM
MannyMana writes: The game has a lot o potential but has a long way to being complete. Wed Feb 03 2010 12:42AM
luvboox writes: I am rooting for this game, even though it is rough right now, just because it is so different from most games out right now. The world is beautiful, and if they can get the rest of the game up to speed it will be awesome. Wed Feb 03 2010 2:18AM
nefermor writes: Beautiful world. Choppy animations and bleh too much gore. I guess they have a target audience for this in mind. Wed Feb 03 2010 2:58AM
JeroKane writes: You are right Xerith. This song (or variants of it) is used in the latest Star Trek movie and both Davinci Code and Angels&Demons movies. Must have cost them a fortune to use this music for their trailers. Bit strange to waste money like this, when you are already out of cash, and better spend it on the game itself. cosy writes: lol i see the chat window Wed Feb 03 2010 6:02AM
tsukts writes: I will give it some months to fix and polish before im gonna try this game. Wed Feb 03 2010 7:37AM
Binko writes: Awsome! Wed Feb 03 2010 7:38AM
Fadedbomb writes: Attention: For those of you whom are looking at this trailer and loving it (like I am) couple things to say to you. Please give this game a try POST launch (roughly one to three months post-release) for them to get a LOT of balancing & content into the game Right now, they've gotten EVERYTHING they "promised" for launch in the game. Whether or not it's there 100% is the only differing factor. Otherwise, there's REALLY not that much to do in MO right now other than killing other players & building your own house/village/town for your self/guild. So I emplore you, if you're looking for UO-3D-MMO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, wait until a couple months AFTER release. Otherwise you'll be jaded towards the game like you are towards DF/AOC/Vanguard/EQ2 :). Wed Feb 03 2010 8:37AM
StrontyDog writes: Try the beta for yourself. Be prepared to be severely dissappointed though as the gameplay is no reflection on what the trailer looks like. I do hope the game will stay alive and might be playable in a year or so though. Wed Feb 03 2010 8:40AM
namelessbob writes: It looks boring and empty. With xlordx from defiance free servers helping with development I can't see this being a game even worth playing the open beta for. Save myself some time and hdd space by avoiding this barren wasteland. Wed Feb 03 2010 11:44AM
Kruul writes: I'll definitely give it another try in a few months. Played closed and open and they are making good progress. Just not enough for me to play atm. Until then I will continue to gring my gazzilion skills in DF. Not sure if it will go live with this but last I tested there was a 1000 point skill cap in MO Wed Feb 03 2010 12:05PM
Stellos writes: Nice trailer. If this game wasn't first person view only I would be interested. Wed Feb 03 2010 6:55PM
CoolPete writes: the worst beta I've ever played Thu Feb 04 2010 3:41AM
sickan writes: Love the trailer. Cant wait for the next part! =) Also love the beta, and play as we speak! Alil polish and we are good to go! ;o) Thu Feb 04 2010 5:26AM
astoria writes: was in open beta and it has a lot of promise. My favorite death in a game to date (you go to a black and white watery netherworld and have to walk to a priest) But i must agree it is far from feature complete. Also, the patcher is broken for me now; after downloading the complete 9gigs twice I am not motivated to try again. I might if I see patch notes with a bunch of basic features added. Thu Feb 04 2010 1:17PM
Proson writes: Awesome trailer. Playing the beta since Block A and its awesome, but rought aswell. still alot of bugs and balancing that needs to be sorted out. but lets hope they get in some money at release and they can hire some more devs and i think this game will be the best MMO out there in a year maybe two, Thu Feb 04 2010 5:40PM
wootin writes: How's the NPC combat? One of their earlier trailers showed an Oblivion-style fight against a big rat-guy. I'm really hoping they have some hard-core PvE in there. Sun Feb 07 2010 10:03AM
grneyedvixen writes: I have been following this game for almost a year now. Not so closely, as some. However, I did try to test the Open Beta. I downloaded 9gb twice, installed twice, able to make a character, only for the game to crash. Then for my computer to tell me I have no video card installed when I tried to do one of the DEV fixes. So in turn, I had to re format my entire computer, after spending several hours trying to fix my video card. This game seems to have lots of promise, open, free, no limits. I feel this may be a few years away before its stable. Sun Feb 07 2010 7:43PM
