How much better is Crysis in DX10?
Reviews said that the differences between the MAX Settings in Crysis in DX9 compared to DX10 are nearly non-existent.
It really does look good in DX9.
Yeah Dx10 is a joke currently. Maybe in the future there will be a significant difference.
DX10 was Suposed to Run smother than DX9. That dident pan out so they had to thow in Barriers to DX9 to make 10 Worth Buying.. Sad really
There is also a little "edit" you can do to some of the .cfg files in the Crytek/Crysis folder to get DirectX 10 under an XP/D9 operating system. So as far as DirectX 10 is concerned for Crysis, it's completely useless.
