WoW requires time and a little effort. It also requires a little love from the Blizzard 'flavor of the month' God's.
The issue will be... is the gaming public really ready for a 'complex' gaming system? Sure, some players are, but the other 85% will shy away from anything that doesn't allow them to jump in and immediately feel as if they can 'pwn' right away.
While I can appreciate the endeavor to produce an 'out of the ordinary'/break from the norm' type of game, the masses will 'hate' on this game... much like they did with the original version of SWG. They will fear the learning curve and will long for the simplicity of a paint-by-numbers MMORPG such as WoW.
Personally, if/when this game finally launches, I hope that it is complicated and doesn't follow the well beaten path. If it does, it will earn a fair number of subscribers AND it will weed out the 'kiddies' and the players that need 'I win' buttons.
Furthermore, I hope the developers don't freak out if they don't get 1-2 million sub's right off. If they stick to their guns and make their game great and don't cave-in and water the game down to try to attract more players... they get a thumb's up. They may not get some huge slice of the MMORPG pie in regards to player sub's and market share, but they will get something more important.... credibility.
Afterall, McDonald's may sell more 'beef' than any other restaurant, but would you go there for a steak? Probably not. Numbers don't equate to quality. Take that for what it's worth.

Man, that is bad. Is that a common bugg now or is it BWs system?
You think they should have fixed a thing like his now...
I have 3 different systems that I play on and I can say that I CTD less on a system with a single GPU/Graphics Card. Any systems with SLI (2 or 3 cards) and I seem to run into the issue more frequently. This may have to do with the memory leak + frame buffer/RAM requirements... but I'm not sure.
My guildmates are still seeing CTD's on a regular basis, too.
Funny thing is, during beta/open beta I rarely saw a CTD on my systems. 2 CTD's in more than 10-14 days, total.
I seem to CTD most frequently when zoning to a capital city... order cap city, never the destro cap city.
Anyway...
As far as pathing issues go... I've found ways to make this work in my favor. Around water, I can usually get a melee mob bugged so that they can't close on me. This means almost non-stop grinding without taking any dmg. I reported the issue and it's still not fixed with most of the mobs I've worked with.
Other issues with WAR:
Destro: 2 pet classes. Magus and Squig Herder. Order: White Lion and Engineer. Where is Order's 'ranged + mobile pet' class? Magus and Engineer have stationary pets and the player does ranged dmg. Order doesn't get this type of character.
Destro: 3 classes that I know of that can dual-wield. Order: Witch Hunter = 1 pistol/1 melee. A true dual wield class can stack melee stats with itemization. Witch Hunter is still going to be looking at a lot of gear with ballistic stats. Shadow Hunter can't dual-wield... even though the cinematic shows they can.
Need more flight masters.
Need more information on crafting + more crafting classes (never thought I'd ever b!tch about crafting since I think it takes away from pvp and add's to carebearism).
The good thing... I can play WAR + another game at the same time. If I queue up for scenario's in WAR, I can play my other game for an hour or so while I'm waiting for the scenario to pop. :)

Nothing...
This is sad, the game is awful for soloing, especially as an engineer (1/4 of my life gone fighting one mob unless I can get some space which rarley happens)
I dont want this game to be a ghost town but I havent played at all cause evertime i log in it's the same story.
W-T-F-?
I feel your pain.
T1... highly populated. Scenario queue times weren't bad. PQ's were fairly easy to find groups for.
T2... still populated pretty well. Scenario's queue's were still good. No worries finding groups to hit keeps/defend.
T3... seemingly a ghost town. 1-2 hour wait times for scenario queue's. I've seen 10 v 10 skirmishes around keeps, but no keep taking to speak of. And I've only seen that once.
T4... I can ride through the rvr lakes and not see anyone... at all. Maybe 1 or 2 @ war camps, but that's it.
Nobody really chats unless they are either 1) complaining or 2) talking sh*t to one another.
Inside of Scenario's... people that don't understand strategy or how to win as a team seem to dominate the population. And those people typically have a loud and smart mouth. Try to communicate and lead a group to a victory and get 'when you pay my $15/mo, then you can tell me how to play'. lol.
I run scenario's as often as possible because I can't find open-world RVR.
Outside of scenario's, I have solo'd nearly 90-95% of my level grinding/missions/quests. The other 5-10% has been spent on keep defense/taking.
I still crash to desktop at least 2-3 times a day. /reloadUI helps, but I haven't had to use it in other games.
Creature pathing is still buggy.
NPC's reset during fights.
....
But yes, the biggest issue... probably lack of population @ some tiers or some servers.
I agree that the RVR is too spread out. Server populations may or may not contribute to that... I dunno.
I am certainly in favor of options and I enjoy the fact that there are several RVR areas to check... but I just don't see enough people interested in playing in those zones on a consistent basis.
If I can't find pvp in RVR zones and scenario queue's are long... is there really any war in WARhammer? WAIThammer.
Again, it's similar to World of Waitcraft in the way that you have to wait to PVP. I'd rather log off and play some COD4 or COD5 and get instant action.
