| Biography | I am a huge fan of MMORPGs and have played most of the popular titles. Currently I''m enjoying AoC and I even write a blog about Age of Conan. I''m also very much looking forward to Aion and Darkfall. |

Maybe it will take you a few years to realize that MMO's are not for you. Well enjoy your F2P games I see that Runes of Magic is projected to be the best F2P MMO. So good that its supposed to compete with P2P. Oh btw duel class leveling system, oh snap, not for you.
Some people cant afford to pay for MMOs. I know I used to be like that but now I pay for them.
From my experience, you end up paying more for so-called F2P MMOs, since they have those "item shops" which you just have to use if you don't want to fall behind.
Anyway, thanks for info on Aion, I wish I lived in Korea and could try it out ![]()
Craig seems to be doing a much better job anyway. No offence to Gaute ![]()
I like Craig's letters to the community, he really provides concrete info about the upcoming updates instead of some marketing fluff.
Not that AoC is that flawed... It's just that Funcom aren't competent enough! They might be good for running a small niche MMO like Anarchy Online... But undertake a huge project like AoC, build up the hype, and then fail to deliver is a sure recipe for trouble.
Age of Conan is FFA, that's pretty different from WAR which has factions.
How do you feel about advertising inside games?
